Please allow me to introduce myself. My name is Julie Settles and I serve as President of FCNB Insurance Services, Inc. As an Insurance Agent, I am licensed to provide a variety of insurance, including auto, home, business and life insurance.

I obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Kentucky in May 2002. I have over 18 years of financial and managerial experience.  My long relationship with FCNB Bank began at the age of sixteen when I worked as a teller at the Steelville Financial Center. I was elected to FCNB’s Board of Directors in 2014.

I currently reside in Steelville with my husband Alex, who works as a operation and engineering manager for Ace Manufacturing in Sullivan, and our three children Aiden, Claire and Madelyn.  I am currently a member of the Steelville Chamber of Commerce, Treasurer of Steelville Elementary PTO, Member of the Steelville Presbyterian Church, Board Member of Mound Ridge Retreat and Mission Center and Board Member of FCNB.  In my spare time, I enjoy reading and watching my kids play sports.  I also enjoy spending time with my friends and family.

I am also a  Wealth Manager through Money Concepts Capital Corp. for FCNB Investment Services, Inc., at the Steelville Financial Center. As a Wealth Manager, I am a Registered Representative with Money Concepts Capital Inc., Member FINRA/SIPC.  I assist clients with their investment needs through a variety of investment options including stocks, mutual funds, IRA’s, Annuities, 529 Plans, 401k plans, and 401k rollovers.  I hold Series 7 and 63 licenses as well as Life & Health and Property & Casualty licenses.
