Please let me introduce myself. My name is Fernando Carbajal and I serve as the Insurance Agent for the FCNB Insurance – Carthage office, specializing in auto, home, business, farm and life insurance.

 

Originally from Guadalajara, Mexico, I came to the United States at age fourteen as an exchange student and, after deciding to finish my education in the States, graduated from Garland High School in Garland, Texas.  I later attended Texas A&M University where I earned my bachelor degree in finance and played football for the Aggies. In the early 90’s, I attended tryout camp with the Dallas Cowboys as a place kicker, which obviously did not pan out! I spent the next twenty-seven years in automotive sales, with over twenty years as finance and/or sales manager. Prior to joining FCNB Insurance, I was employed with Allstate Benefits. I am currently licensed in Missouri, Arkansas and Oklahoma.

 

Northwest Arkansas was my home for over twenty-five years, moving to the Joplin area several years ago. I have two children of whom I am extremely proud—Adrian, a Senior Account Manager for HubGroup in Fayetteville, AR, and Sasha, a Cosmetologist in Rogers, AR. I also have three grandchildren—Quinn, Zion & Zoey. I enjoy horseback riding, traveling, working out, spending time with my grandchildren, and playing with my German Shepherd, Max.

It is my purpose as an agent with FCNB Insurance to assist our clients with insuring what is important to them with policies that are both affordable and which provide the proper level of coverage.
